1. Introduction of Polypropylene Biaxial Geogrid 20/20KN

We already got CE guaranteed from BTTG for our geogrid and geocomposite. Our PP biaxial geogrid 20/20,30/30,40/40,50/50 is mainly used for reinforcement of the unbound layers of roads and trafficked areas and to stabilize the construction layers of railway structures. For our PP geogrid installation,it requires the construction site to be packed down hard,smooth and out of spikes and bumps. When the geogrid being installed,its direction shall be perpendicular to the direction of the axis of the embankment, and the laying process shall be smooth, without wrinkle, and as tight as possible.The stuffing should be selected according to design requirements. It has been proved that all kinds of soils can be used as filler except frozen soil, marsh soil, domestic refuse, chalk soil and diatomite.When the grid laying positioned, it should be filled with soil in time, the exposure time must not exceed 48 hours, may also adopt the method of backfill while laying the geogrid.
